But in reality, Ohnaka is no newbie; he has been a staple in the Star Wars universe, appearing in TV series, books, and comics, and even taking part in Disney’s Galaxy’s Edge attraction. Introduced in 2009’s debut season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Ohnaka initially led a pirate gang on Florrum, dealing in spice and illegal arms. His introduction saw him cleverly capturing Jedi legends Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker alongside Sith Lord Count Dooku, planning to hold them for ransom.
Despite setbacks, like having his plans thwarted by Jar Jar Binks of all people, Ohnaka maintained his place in the saga, forming unexpected alliances and fending off powerful enemies like Sith Maul and General Grievous.
