As the days get warmer and the anticipation grows, Pokémon GO fans have something exciting to look forward to at the start of summer.
The much-anticipated Pokémon GO Fest is scheduled for June, kicking off with in-person events across three vibrant cities. Trainers can gather in Osaka, Japan from May 29 to June 1, in Jersey City, NJ from June 6 to 8, and in Paris, France from June 13 to 15. The grand finale will be a global event on June 28 and 29. Tickets for these in-person gatherings are already up for grabs, and there’s also a $15 ticket for the global adventure. This ticket offers exclusive gameplay experiences and a chance to encounter the mythical Pokémon, Volcanion. Meanwhile, everyone can look forward to capturing the “crowned” forms of the Sword and Shield stars, Zacian and Zamazenta.
For those wanting to snag a bit more, if you purchase the global event ticket by April 15 and log into the game between April 8 and 15, you’ll unlock a special research story. This quest line includes a run-in with Skiddo, a Pokémon that previously made its debut at select “City Safari” events starting in late 2023. It’s an excellent opportunity to catch Pokémon that haven’t been widely available yet.
