Social Discovery Group, the creators of Dating.com and DateMyAge.com, have just taken an exciting step by launching a new venture studio. This initiative is aimed at reshaping how we experience virtual intimacy, and they’re doing so by supporting fresh startups that focus on AI communication, advancements in XR, and social discovery platforms.
This new venture, SDG Lab, is committed to infusing $20 million annually, offering a user-friendly fundraising journey. This means entrepreneurs can easily access initial funds for developing their products and additional resources when it’s time to expand.
Among SDG Lab’s impressive roster are cutting-edge projects like the virtual dating service ‘VR Chat&Date’, along with unique dating apps such as Kiseki, Flure, and AstroLove.
Taking the helm is Alex Kudos, formerly the CMO at Social Discovery Group. Under his leadership, SDG Lab is offering more than just financial help. They’re also supplying startups with crucial resources like legal aid, operational support, technical infrastructure, and marketing insights.
“Social interaction is on the brink of a major evolution, and the horizon is digital intimacy,” shared Alex Kudos, the CEO of SDG Lab. “At SDG Lab, our mission transcends funding mere ideas—we’re actively shaping the future of how humans connect. By joining forces with visionary entrepreneurs, we create technologies that enable people to form meaningful connections, wherever they may be.”
Kudos further emphasized, “Virtual relationships and AI-enhanced connections aren’t just concepts from science fiction anymore; they’re integral to our lives online. SDG Lab is dedicated to crafting the next wave of products that will redefine how we connect, interact, and establish relationships in the digital realm.”
