In the charming world of Hello Kitty Island Adventure, Pochacco sets a fun challenge for players by having them seek out a rather sophisticated Gudetama. For the first two weeks, you’ll embark on quests titled “The Laziest Egg” and “The Laziest Eggs,” each centered around discovering our top-hatted friend. Once these initial quests are wrapped up, reminders to find Tophat Gudetama will no longer appear on your task list, although Pochacco will still give you a little nudge at the start of each week.
Your mission? Simply snap a picture of this elusive Gudetama with your in-game camera, just as you would with the other Gudetamas cleverly tucked away throughout the island.
This dapper little character, though relaxed in style, is quite adept at hiding. With a whopping 52 potential hiding spots scattered across the expansive map, locating Tophat Gudetama can be quite the adventure without a hint. Luckily, we’re here to guide you on where to find him in this week’s game update.
So, where is Tophat Gudetama hiding right now? For the week of February 10th, he can be found beneath the water’s surface at the edge of a large chasm located to the east of Moon Island. To reach him, you’ll need to dive and swim your way over.
As a reward for locating him, you’ll receive plans to craft the Decorative Gudetama #45. It’s important to keep in mind that Tophat Gudetama’s locations are on a rotation, cycling through 52 different spots. The game has been on Apple Arcade for some time now, meaning iOS players have likely seen most of these locations in the rotation. For a comprehensive list of all the possible spots, be sure to check out the Hello Kitty Island Adventure Wiki.
